I have completed the book Revelation and the First Century. It contains translations of many early and medieval texts illustrating that long before Luis Alcasar’s commentary (1614), Christians interpreted prophecies in the Apocalypse in light of first century historical events.
American Vision, a Christian educational ministry near Atlanta, which published The Day and the Hour, will publish it, but they have not yet informed me of a release date. However, it will probably be this year (2012). Check for updates.
